May Wrap Up | Unexpected Readings, A Popular Trilogy & Great Sequels ๐Ÿ‚

๐Ÿ‚ย Hi guys! I hope youโ€™re having a beautiful day full of good readings.โค๏ธ Today I bring you a new postโ€ฆย my May Wrap Up! where Iโ€™ll tell you ALL about my readings of the month. May was a pretty good month in terms of reading, something crazy and messy, yes, but pretty good, but on the other hand not so good in mental terms, you know? I think that finally, the quarantine has come to me, I’m a super conscious person about everything that’s happening in the world, but I’ve never felt fear or anxiety about it, I try to be in a more relaxed state of mind and most of the time, has worked well, but this May I got a little out of control, I must confess. ๐Ÿ˜ขย I’m always the first to tell you to prioritize your mental health over anything else, so obviously, I did that, and I found much comfort and support in YOU, even when you may not even know this, I LOVE and it brings me a lot of peace and positive energy to read your comments and interact with all of you in general, this is a community that always brings me good things, so THANK YOU, for being there for me to support me, love me and accept me. Blogging was wonderful, the best medicine is to do what you love, without a doubt. โค๏ธย

On the other hand, even though I’ve struggled a bit mentally, incredibly and contrary it has been one of the most creative months for me. I feel that maybe this is my point of view, but I’m very happy with the content of my blog this month, I’m 100% satisfied with it and I’m very happy to see the response that you’ve had to each post, it has been wonderful, really It brings me a lot of satisfaction and makes me SO SO happy. ย ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿปย I hope to keep this pace of creation and ideas for June too, just in case I always write everything that comes to my mind, so I hope I already have a reserve of ideas for emergency lol. As always THANKS for your support for my blog and, especially this month, thanks to so many of you for sharing your experiences with your blogs in my discussion post, it really means a lot to me that you can open up and express your thoughts and feelings with me and with all of us. ย ๐Ÿ˜ย  I’m sure that each comment in that post could be a word of encouragement for someone else and that makes me very happy!ย ๐Ÿ’ƒ๐Ÿปย

In terms of readings, being honest with you I expected to read much more, but you know, sometimes you don’t feel like reading and I accepted this, and I didn’t mean to force it, but I did expect to do a better job. Even so, it wasn’t a bad month at all and I really enjoyed everything that I read, in fact, there’s no a single book that I didn’t like this month, so that’s even more important than quantity (quality over quantity, always!) ย ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿปย
I read a super famous and super loved trilogy and I’m very excited to share my thoughts with you, but basically was a very incredible read and I enjoyed it very much. On the other hand, I read a couple of sequels or series continuations, and they were great too, lots of action in them and wonderful characters & last but not least, I had the joy of reading an ARC of a book that’s probably among my favorites this year… It was wonderful, it touched my heart and although I hadn’t planned to read it, it was worth it. ย ๐Ÿ˜Šย
I hope you decide to stay with me during this post and get to know each of my readings, statistics, and some of my favorite posts.ย ๐Ÿฅฐย I hope you enjoy it and without further ado, let’s get started! ๐Ÿ‚ Continue reading “May Wrap Up | Unexpected Readings, A Popular Trilogy & Great Sequels ๐Ÿ‚”

April Wrap Up ๐Ÿ‚ | OWLs Magical Readathon 2020 ๐Ÿ’›

๐Ÿ‚ Hi guys! I hope youโ€™re having a beautiful day full of good readings.โค๏ธ Today I bring you a new postโ€ฆ my April Wrap Up! where Iโ€™ll tell you ALL about my readings of the month. As many of you know, this month was all about the OWLs, a wonderful Harry Potter-inspired readathon where we followed a series of promp to successfully graduates of our magical career. If you want to know more about it, you can check my TBR where ALL the information is. ๐Ÿ˜Š As always, I had an incredible time participating, I think it’s one of the most fun and entertaining readathons to participate, not only do I love reading and passing classes, but I also love to see what others are reading and what career or careers they have chosen to follow. A super beautiful community is formed, where everyone interacts and makes the experience a thousand times better, so YES, it was incredible and I’m happy that I managed to complete it and managed to read each of the books that were in my TBR, with the exception of one that it’s a DNF, but I’m counting it anyway because I really tried. ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿป In addition to this, I’ve had one more week to read what I wanted, which is incredible it never happens to me lol, but I decided to take it easy, especially since I want to read a lot next month, so I don’t want to get overwhelmed, and I really liked having time to rest and doing other things, also feels nice and at times as stressful as these are necessary. Anyway, I ended up grabbing something else to read, but I’ll tell you more about that later. ๐Ÿฅฐ

I don’t want to spend a single month of this year without thanking you for your support and unconditional love that you show me in each of my posts, I’ll be forever grateful to be able to live this adventure with so many wonderful people! ๐Ÿ˜ญ โค๏ธ Honestly this year I haven’t been paying much attention to my statistics like in 2019, which is proving to be very healthy for me, I’m a quite organized person and I’m very passionate about my projects, so of course, I want this beautiful project to grow and do well, but I’m focusing much more on improving my content and being able to express myself better, learn and be able to give you the best of myself and I think that it’s being incredibly powerful and healing, I’m enjoying much more blogging this 2020, it feels incredible. ๐Ÿ˜ I’ve been thinking about making a discussion post soon on these topics and give you some tips if you’re interested and talking about blogging, pressure, stress but also the benefits that I’ve experienced having the blog and being part of the community, I’ll build something soon and I’m excited to continue sharing with you. I LOVE YOU and I wish you all the success with your projects. ๐ŸŽ‰

As for my readings, I’m trying this year to be quite open to reading many different genres, that’s why I’ve been putting together mini TBRs, which I love, and this month, I’ve had a variety of interesting genres, so I’m pleased. I enjoyed almost everything I read, which makes me feel very fulfilled and happy, I’ve read one of my favorite authors and I haven’t been disappointed, she’s fantastic, I almost cried with a short novel that I found very powerful, I’ve read adorable novels graphics, and I discovered that I can read heavier and descriptive writing style and still enjoy the process. ๐Ÿ˜„
I hope you decide to stay and you’ll be able to know my thoughts about each one of these books, but I’ll also share with you as always my favorite blog posts and some fun statistics. So without further ado, let’s get started! ๐Ÿ‚

March Wrap Up | Amazing Sequels, An Unexpected Disappointment & An Addictive Trilogy ๐Ÿ‚

๐Ÿ‚ย Hi guys! I hope youโ€™re having a beautiful day full of good readings.โค๏ธ Today I bring you a new postโ€ฆย my March Wrap Up! where Iโ€™ll tell you ALL about my readings of the month. I always feel SO excited and with such beautiful energy sharing with you my reading month, I love writing these posts and I hope you like reading them too. Well, this was an incredible month for me in terms of reading, I read A LOT of books that I really loved, which doesn’t happen to me every month since I’m quite demanding with my ratings, but this month was really great for me, I feel super pleased with myself for everything I’ve read, so let’s celebrate together! YAY!ย ๐ŸŽ‰ย
Before continuing to tell you a little about my readings, you know that this month of March has been very intense in general, with the issue of Covid-19 that unfortunately has affected almost all the countries of the world, so obviously It’s a very stressful and difficult month in general for all of us. I tend to be very positive in my life and I really like being at home, so I can’t complain about being at home, but I’ve missed my family a lot and I still do because I can’t see them, so that has affected me a lot, on the other hand, I know that staying at home is the best, healthiest and safest right now. I LOVE you and I send you all my energy of absolute love wherever you are, I promise that everything will be fine very soon.ย ๐Ÿฅฐ

As always I can’t leave another month of this year without thanking you for your unconditional support with me and with my blog, you don’t know how much it means to me, your support, your likes, your comments, all that encourages me to improve every day to only bring you the best and also fills my soul and makes me extremely happy, so THANK YOU SO SO MUCH.ย ๐Ÿ˜ย On the other hand, OMG, I’ve had so many problems with WordPress, in general I like it very much, I’ve never had problems that I haven’t been able to solve, but this month has been hell, some of my posts were published but they never appeared in the reader, most of you didn’t see them, then I had some problems with the editor and it was all very stressful and frustrating. I hope that WordPress will soon solve this kind of thing, so we can create peace and with confidence. And despite these technical problems you’ve still supported me and I’ve been posting my content a bit on twitter and you have shown me a lot of support so thank you, my beautiful friends, seriously, I have no words, I’m just blessed to have you! โค๏ธย ๐Ÿ˜ญย

ย

Well, leaving all those negative things aside for a while, I want to focus on the good of this month, so I’ll focus on my reading. I read all the books I had in my TBR, with the exception of one, so that’s super successful for me. ย ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿปย
I read a couple of sequels that I loved with all my heart, they met and even exceeded my expectations, so I have nothing but wonders to say about them. This month also, it was my first time participating in a blog tour and I had a lot of fun, I’m very grateful, it’s a great experience and I also ended up enjoying the book a lot, despite the fact that it’s a genre that I don’t read since a while ago.ย ๐Ÿ˜Šย
On the other hand, I have a super disappointing reading for me, especially because I thought I would love that book, so I’m sad! I’ll tell you a little more about it later. #unpopularopinionALERT
And last but not least, I’m continuing with my personal challenge of reading YA well-known old trilogies/series, I’m having a lot of fun with this challenge and this time it has been super successful, I adored what I read so I’m super excited to talk to you more about it.ย ๐Ÿ˜ย

Now, let’s stop with this long introduction that I always love to doย ๐Ÿ˜…ย , and let’s jump directly to the important thing, I’m very happy to share another month with you, so without further ado, I hope you can find some interesting reading here & let’s begin! ๐Ÿ‚ Continue reading “March Wrap Up | Amazing Sequels, An Unexpected Disappointment & An Addictive Trilogy ๐Ÿ‚”

February Wrap Up | Witchy Reads, Out of my Comfort Zone & First DNF of the year ๐ŸŽ

๐ŸŽ Hi guys! I hope youโ€™re having a beautiful day full of good readings.โค๏ธ Today I bring you a new postโ€ฆ my February Wrap Up! where I’ll tell you ALL about my readings of the month. I think this has been a pretty good month, but it happened too fast for my taste, I usually enjoy February a lot because it’s the birthday month and everything feels very exciting, but on the other hand, it may be good a good thing that was a fast month because I’m so ready for the colder seasons to come, I’m in need of my beautiful autumn, I can’t wait!ย ๐Ÿ‚ย

As I said, it was my birthday on February 22ย ๐ŸŽŠ, I turned 26, I have a birthday post if you want to check it out, I’m leaving it HERE. So, yeah! has been a truly beautiful month, I’ve spent time with my family and I concluded that I’ve never I felt better than right now, so I can’t complain I had a very nice day with my boyfriend and my loved ones & besides all that, I’m SO SO blessed to have each one of you in my life, I’ve never had so many comments of love and beautiful wishes on my birthday before!!ย ๐Ÿฅฐย  It makes me want to cry because it’s really a blessing, you made me feel so special and loved, and you don’t know how much it means to me to have you, SO SO happy to be part of this beautiful community. Thank you, guys! ๐Ÿ˜ญย  *feeling shy*

My month was quite good in terms of reading, you’ll see more as always in my statistics, but basically, I read a normal amount for me and I’ve had a couple of books that I’ve loved with all my heart, in general, I enjoyed almost everything I read, which is always a good thing. This year I’m undoubtedly prioritizing reading things that I think I’d like or I’m very curious about, I want to focus more on that instead of the amount I read in itself, you know? ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿปย
I participate in the #Februwitchy I had a lot of fun and I read 2 of my favorite books of the year so far thanks to this, so super happy to have participated, I read only two books for the read-a-thon but it’s ok, I just wanted to be part, such a great idea to read about witches, which is something that I LOVE so much. ๐Ÿง™โ€โ™€๏ธย Spoiler Alert! I’m in fact writing about witches in my own project, so you can imagine how passionate I am.
Then I also read a romance with a lot of hype and pick a book from my TBR Jar, which is full with your choices from my TBR LOWS & HIGHS posts, and you’ll see how it went, but I’m glad to be doing this, is a way to read books that have been in my TBR forever.
Plus, I have a couple of ARCs to talk to you about, one of them was an amazing surprise, probably a great revelation of this 2020.ย ๐Ÿ˜ย ย

Super excited to talk to you about ALL these readings and share my thoughts, I feel so energized today, for some reason, I think I’m feeling the March vibes in me(? lol … Now, Sofi stops talking & Let’s START!, I hope you enjoy. ๐ŸŽ Continue reading “February Wrap Up | Witchy Reads, Out of my Comfort Zone & First DNF of the year ๐ŸŽ”

January Wrap up | Trying a new bookish challenge & a couple of ARCs ๐ŸŽ

ย ๐ŸŽ Hi, guys! I hope you’re having a beautiful day full of good readings.โค๏ธย Today I bring you a new post… my first Wrap Up of the year *happy celebration* where I’ll tell you ALL about my readings of the month. Super excited to be here for another year, sharing with you and having the beautiful possibility of expressing my thoughts on the books I read, so obviously, I’m very grateful to you for letting me be part of a bit of your life, means so much to me.ย ๐Ÿฅฐย Now speaking briefly about the month, in general, I think it has been a pretty good month, I’ve heard many people say that it’s a very long month and that it has been slow but for me, personally, it has been super fast and I can’t believe that February almost starts, it’s crazy. I’m super excited for this new year on the blog and in my life in general, so I’m living it very peacefully, really feeling these new cycle vibes.

I really want this new year to be one of organization and planning for me, I’ve always been a person who has had multiple goals and this year I want to start working on them and learn to be focusedย ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿป, one of them was to be more organized and I think I’ve started well with it, especially in terms of the blog, I also wrote my first discussion post which I know sounds kind of simple, perhaps for many of you, but it has always been a huge challenge, and I dared myself to do it, finally, and have had such an amazing support of you all, like is so crazy… makes incredibly happy and encourages me to try to make more of those posts, it was a positive experience, really.ย ๐Ÿ˜ย Another of my goals is that I want to start several reading challenges for myself and also clean my TBR once and for all, and I’ve also done both, which you have surely seen on the blog during this January. I plan to continue this initiative next month and try to bring you more original posts and new ideas to share with you. THANKS FOR THE SUPPORT, my loves, keeps me wanting to create more and more.ย ๐Ÿ˜ย

In terms of reading, I think it has been a great month, you’ll see, as always in my statistics of the month below, but in summary, I’ve read most of my TBR and I’ve also been able to complete my challenge of reading a series chosen by you & I’m really excited about! It was a super fun experience.ย ๐Ÿ’ž ย I’ve read a couple of ARCs with quite successful results, and I’ve also read a highly YA popular series… which I’m dying to tell you more about, so without further ado let’s start, and I hope you enjoy it! ๐ŸŽ Continue reading “January Wrap up | Trying a new bookish challenge & a couple of ARCs ๐ŸŽ”

December Wrap Up || Finishing Trilogies & Prioritizing 2020 Plans ๐ŸŒพ

ย ๐ŸŒพ Hi guys!! I hope youโ€™re having the best day & youโ€™re enjoying your readingย ๐Ÿ’ž Today I bring you my beloved Wrap Up of the month of December, where Iโ€™ll talk about all the books Iโ€™ve read during the month. This is officially the last Wrap Up of 2019, guys! Isn’t that crazy? This year really flew for me, but it has been in summary a great blessing in terms of my blogging life and a great learning and growth journey in my personal life. So I’m super happy to have gone through all these experiences to get where I am today, but also super ready to start a 2020 with renewed energy and many projects.ย ๐Ÿฅฐ

Before I start, I can’t say goodbye to this year without thanking you for being there for me, honestly and from the bottom of my heart, you don’t know how much your comments and “likes” mean, all your interactions with me on Twitter, I’ve met wonderful people of generous souls and also bloggers who inspire me every day, so I just grateful and I’m very excited to share another year with you, so I hope you decide to stay because nothing would make me happier and there’s much more I want to share with you. โค๏ธ ๐ŸŒŸย

In terms of reading this month has been a bit crazy, of course and as expected, I ended up reading much less than I planned, but still, I feel satisfied with what I’ve read because I fulfilled my goal that was to end with two trilogies that I’ve really loved, I’m kind of nostalgic about it but it’s also a great experience, so I’ll talk more about it below. I’ve also dedicated myself to start reading my first ARC of 2020 and an author has been kind enough to send me his work also to review and it has been a great experience, so I feel happy about it.ย ๐Ÿ˜„ย ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿปย
I think that in general, I’ve been much more focused on planning for next year in terms of my life and the blog and things related to my reading and writing, of which I tell you everything in the post of my goals if you want to check it out, and also I’m planning to do a new reading journal again for next year but try new things and I’m quite entertained with it, watching videos and things, I’m obsessed, I cannot lie. I feel like a little girl buying pens and things for my notebook ย ๐Ÿ˜‚ย
So I’ve read a very large book, so I’m pleased with myself, and although I had time to read something else before the end of the month, I didn’t want to force myself, I’ve already achieved my Goodreads Challenge, I’ve read 63 books in total this year, which is great, so I don’t feel pressure and I thought it was best to take it easy and use the time to plan things for the next year instead. ย ๐Ÿ˜Šย

So super excited to share with you what I’ve read during the month and also as always, I’ll be sharing my favorite posts and some more detailed statistics. I LOVE YOU and THANK YOU again for always being there, I see youย ๐ŸŒพย  Continue reading “December Wrap Up || Finishing Trilogies & Prioritizing 2020 Plans ๐ŸŒพ”
