🌿 Hi guys! I hope you’re having the most beautiful day, lately I’ve been uploading many posts, which makes me happy because I’ve had time, so I wanted to take advantage of that, there’s also a couple of posts that I really wanted to do this month and that’s why they’re all posted at the same week, I hope you’re enjoying, though, seeing your support and love makes me eternally happy. 💕 Today I bring you a kind of bookish tag, that’s a very popular one happening during this month of the year, so probably you already know about it or done it yourself, it’s the “Mid-Year Book Freak Out Tag”. 👏🏻 I did it last year and it was a lot of fun, I like it mainly because it’s a way to see the full picture of my readings so far and it helps me a little to plan my future readings as well, it’s also super fun to answer all the questions and then discuss them with you, so I can’t wait to start, I’m SO excited, it’s one of my favorite tags to do. Let’s START! 🌿 Continue reading “The Mid-Year Book Freak Out Tag || 2019 ||🌿”
🍂 Hi guys, I hope you’re having a beautiful day, today I bring you my Wrap Up of the month of May, where I’ll tell you all about my reading of the month. OMG, you GUYS, I can’t believe we’re almost in June, I honestly feel that May flew by. I know that in my last Wrap Up I said that I would push myself a little to read more, but it ends up being a pretty average month in terms of readings and I’m completely fine with it. 😊
I’ve been experiencing a bit of anxiety this month so I’ve been trying to take care of myself and not push myself too much to read if I’m not feeling like, you know, so I did that, I hope next month is better, and taking advantage of what we’re talking about, I want to remind you how important it’s to take care and take time for ourselves, because our mental health is first, and sometimes having a blog, read and be in social networks, you know, staying “relevant” can be too much, and it’s okay to take a couple of days for yourself, it’s healthy. 💕
So, in other news, I’m hosting Twitter Giveaway, 🎊 so if you haven’t joined yet, DO IT!, I’d love for everyone to have the chance to win a book of your choice, ends tomorrow so come and participate!. I do this as a thank you for all the love that each one of you gives me, I’ll be forever in debt, and I love you ALWAYS! 😍
Going back to my reading month, which is why we are here for, I read a well-known and well-loved sci-fi, and actually, I LOVED IT, which makes me wonder many things, now I know that I should give more opportunities to this genre and that makes me happy. On the other hand, I’ve read a couple of ARCs, which this month have honestly disappointed me, in fact, I took the decision of DNF one of them, but I’ll talk more about that later & finally but no less important I’ve read a fantasy sequel that I HIGHLY enjoyed! who says sequels are bad?!! 👏🏻
I’ll jump immediately to tell you a little more about my monthly statistics, Top 5 Favorite Posts on the Blog and to tell you about each of the books I’ve read. Probably a rather strange month, but considering that I read quite huge books, I’m fine with it, so… Let’s start! ❤️ Continue reading “May Wrap Up || ARCs, Huge Books & Loving a Sci-Fi? || 2019 🍂”

Title: The Lost Coast
By: Amy Rose Capetta
Published: May 14th, 2019
You can buy it HERE: Book Depository
The spellbinding tale of six queer witches forging their own paths, shrouded in the mist, magic, and secrets of the ancient California redwoods.
Danny didn’t know what she was looking for when she and her mother spread out a map of the United States and Danny put her finger down on Tempest, California. What she finds are the Grays: a group of friends who throw around terms like queer and witch like they’re ordinary and everyday, though they feel like an earthquake to Danny. But Danny didn’t just find the Grays. They cast a spell that calls her halfway across the country, because she has something they need: she can bring back Imogen, the most powerful of the Grays, missing since the summer night she wandered into the woods alone. But before Danny can find Imogen, she finds a dead boy with a redwood branch through his heart. Something is very wrong amid the trees and fog of the Lost Coast, and whatever it is, it can kill. Lush, eerie, and imaginative, Amy Rose Capetta’s tale overflows with the perils and power of discovery — and what it means to find your home, yourself, and your way forward.

🍂 Hi guys, I hope you’re having a great day and you’re reading delicious stories!. Today I bring you my TBR for the month of April, where I’ll tell you all about the books I plan to read during this month. I don’t know if it’s just me, but I really enjoy reading with cold weather and right now it’s finally starting to get cold in my country 🍃 so I’m living the moment with my books and my coffee and I’m too happy, it’s all I need. 😍 Because of this, this month I feel a little ambitious, I come from months reading only 5 books and I don’t say that’s bad, is an average number for me but I feel I can do it much better and this month I feel with the confidence to add a few more books to my TBR, which is always fun regardless of the final result, right? For some reason adding many books to my monthly TBR gives me adrenaline, I feel like I’m risking my life here, you guys, lol. Well, the thing is that I’ve planned readings which I’m VERY excited about and even more to share it with you. 💕
I have some ARCs, but this time I’m relaxed about it, and I’ll read only 2, both will come out very soon, so I don’t want to add more than I already have to read, you know?, on the other hand, I’ll continue with my challenge to read the books with higher and lower rating in my TBR, last month I read one with the lowest rating, but this month I’m much more excited because I going to read one of the books with the highest rating and I’m dying to tell you which one it is. I’ve planned to read a sequel as well and two 2019 releases, and last but not least, I’ll be buddy reading a very well know and loved book!!! 👏🏻 Ok, so I already feel very excited and I can’t wait to tell you all about these books, so without further ado, let’s start with my TBR for this month 🍂
