March TBR | It’s all about Sequels, Unexpected Reads & a Popular YA Trilogy ๐ŸŽ

March TBR | It’s all about Sequels, Unexpected Reads & a Popular YA Trilogy ๐ŸŽ

ย ๐ŸŽย Hi, my beautiful bookish friends! I hope youโ€™re having the most incredible day with the best readings.โค๏ธ Today I bring you a new Monthly TBR, where I share with you my reading plans for the month of March. For some reason, I always feel that the year really begins in March, so I feel with special energy, maybe because the vacation has just ended and all that. I think that from my TBR last month I only have 1 book left to read, and although I feel I could have read more, I think I’m doing a very good job so far, I’m enjoying my reading process a lot and I’m also taking it easy, so YAY!ย ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿปย this makes me feel even more ambitious and eager to read more. I don’t have the biggest plans yet for this month more than my normal daily life and read, so I feel pretty sure I can handle my stack. I’m super excited to tell you all about my reading plans for this month!ย ๐Ÿ˜

I hope not to get you tired with this, but it’s really important for me to thank you for the wonderful support you’re showing me and my blog this year, there’s not a day that you don’t make me feel special, loved and supported and that means the world to me.ย ๐Ÿ˜ญย  My efforts and my desire to grow with my blog come from all that wonderful energy that you send me with every moment you take to read my post, so THANK YOU SO SO MUCH. You’re all wonderful people and I hope we share many many magical moments together this year. LOVE YOU!! โค๏ธย

I wanted to tell you that this month I’ll not be uploading my post where I highlight other posts around the blogosphere (Book Bloggers Monthly Appreciation) because I’ve had a problem … My boyfriend gave me a new cell phone for my birthday and in the process of changing everything and those things something happened with the WordPress app and I don’t have any saved entries of the many that I had to highlight from February. So I’m very sorry, I promise to return with even more highlights of the month of March, but obviously, you’ll see that just next month. Thanks for understanding, I feel so bad, but you know I want to always support you! and I won’t stop doing itย ๐Ÿฅฐย

So, what are we here today? … BOOKS! ๐Ÿ˜ย This month I’m very excited about my selection because I have several books that I’ve wanted to read for some time now, especially sequels or continuations of series, I have some very interesting exciting titles here and I can’t wait to share with you!. For the first time, I will be part of a blog tour so that’s something new and exciting that I’ll be sharing that with you later in the month. I’ll also be reading a super-anticipated book from last year that has more than controversial opinions and a fairly unique promise. And last but not least, I’m continuing my challenge of reading old YA series, but this time I’ve chosen it well in advance, so I haven’t made a poll as before, this is because I LOVE the author, so I’m more than excited and super ready to read more of her work, especially one that is so loved and recognized. Now, without further ado, LET’S BEGIN ๐Ÿ˜Šย and I hope you enjoy discovering what I’ll be reading & share your own readings in the comments, I’d LOVE to know!ย ๐ŸŽย  Continue reading “March TBR | It’s all about Sequels, Unexpected Reads & a Popular YA Trilogy ๐ŸŽ”

February TBR | First TBR Jar Pick of the Year, ARCs & Witchy Reads ๐ŸŽ

February TBR | First TBR Jar Pick of the Year, ARCs & Witchy Reads ๐ŸŽ

ย ๐ŸŽ Hi, my beautiful bookish friends! I hope youโ€™re having the most incredible day with the best readings.โค๏ธ Today I bring you a new Monthly TBR, where I share with you my reading plans for the month of February. This is a super special month for me because it’s my birthday month! YAY!ย ๐ŸŽŠ I’ve never been a fan of celebrating my birthdays, but this year I feel so blessed with so many good things in my life that I’m really super excited about it and besides being able to celebrate my 26 years with you, nothing makes me happier! ๐Ÿ˜ญย And for this special month, I’ve planned a special stack of books to enjoy and share with you.
I think that seeing the whole picture I had a very good January in readings, I’ve read a lot, I’ve almost completed my TBR and I’ve also reached a record for me in pages read, so I’m very excited to continue with that streak during the year and obviously in this February.

Speaking about my readings, I’m super excited to tell you that I’ll be participating in the #Februwitchy readathon hosted by Asha | A Cat, A Book, and A Cup Of Tea | This readathon takes place throughout the month of February and there’s no specific rule you just have to read books about witchesย ๐Ÿง™โ€โ™€๏ธย , and it works both if it has the name witch in the title as if it’s specifically about witches, you know? I leave the link in case you’re interested and want to know more, all you have to do is sing up in a Google Doc, the one that Asha provides you and there you can add your TBR and your books read during the month. It will be a lot of fun! so if you like witches I recommend you check it out. Personally, I’ll not be reading ONLY about witches, but I do have a small stack that has been reserved to participate because you know that I LOVE witchesย ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿปย and there are several books that I’ve been wanting to read for a while, so it’s perfect, I’m doing this as a gift for myself in my birthday month & nothing can be better.ย ๐Ÿ˜ย

Then I also have a couple of ARCs, as always, which I feel absolutely blessed to be able to read before their release date & in addition to ALL of this, I have a book that I’ve been wanting to read for months now, with another one that I’ve chosen from my TBR Jar. As you know, I’ve started doing the Lows & Highs posts every Sunday in order to clean my TBR and from there you have chosen a book every week, a book that has gone directly to my TBR Jar, so from there I have chosen one for the month, and I’m a little scared about it, but I think it will be fun to know what I think and share it with you.ย ๐Ÿ˜Šย  So without further ado, I want to jump right into to show you everything I plan to read in the month of February, I hope you enjoy it and thanks for being there ALWAYSย ๐Ÿ’ž, you’re amazing. ๐ŸŽ Continue reading “February TBR | First TBR Jar Pick of the Year, ARCs & Witchy Reads ๐ŸŽ”

Top 5 || Sci-Fi Books I Want to Read in 2020 ๐Ÿš€

Top 5 || Sci-Fi Books I Want to Read in 2020 ๐Ÿš€

ย ๐Ÿš€ย Hi, guys! I hope you ‘re having the best day ever and that you ‘re enjoying your reading!โค๏ธย Today I bring you a new Top 5 because seems like I’ve become addicted to themย ๐Ÿ˜… , and I thought it would be fun to add some challenge, so in this “top 5” I’ll be sharing with you some sci-fi books that I want to try to read in this 2020.
This is a huge challenge for me because this genre has always been a hit or miss, but I thought it would be fun to see what I think about those who most attract my attention right now. In this list I’ll be showing you 5 sci-fi books that I think sound great, they’re also very popular and loved & they’re also books that are mostly located in space or on other planets, that’s why I’ve chosen them. We know that there are many types of sci-fi, but the only ones that represent a challenge for me are those that have to do with space things, spaceships travel and universe planets, so obviously that will be what I’ll be trying to read. ย ๐ŸŒŒย
I would never do this if I don’t think that there’s a possibility that I enjoy these books, I used to judge the genre a lot, to the point that I closed myself to want to read more because while I enjoy a lot of technological, alien things and time travel stuff, the things that happen in spaceships are another story. So, what changed my mind so I want to try again with this kind of genre? well, I read a book last year that I absolutely LOVED and made me re-think the idea that maybe I can enjoy space things and that was: Skyward by Brandon Sanderson, not only was amazing but it was in my top of favorite books of the year, it was a great surprise for me to enjoy it so much, so I thought, let’s do it! I’m going to put myself on this kind of annual challenge and obviously, you’ll witness my progress during 2020. I’ll not have any type of restriction to myself, by this I mean that if I’m not really enjoying the book, then I’ll not have problems and I’ll no doubt In “DNF”, this is just an experiment where I intend to see if I really have a real problem with this genre or I just haven’t read the indicated books, so this pretend to be fun and entertaining especially for me, in the first place, so if stop being it, I’ll stop and put at end to this relationship. ย ๐Ÿ˜‚ย
It can be fun but it can also be a disaster so we’ll see what happens, it will surely be interesting. I hope you like the idea and decide to join me in this space adventure.ย ๐Ÿฅฐย
Now without further ado, let’s start!ย ๐Ÿš€ย  Continue reading “Top 5 || Sci-Fi Books I Want to Read in 2020 ๐Ÿš€”

๐ŸŽ Hi, my beautiful bookish friends! I hope you’re having the most incredible day with the best readings.โค๏ธ Today I bring you a new Monthly TBR, where I share with you my reading plans for the month of January. So here we are!, VERY grateful that you’re still there and decide to share another year with me, it’s a blessing, today I’m very excited to share everything I plan to read during the month of January. ๐Ÿฅฐ
As I mentioned while planning my personal new reading challenges for this 2020, I decided to focus on reading some of the old popular YA trilogies/duologies/series that I’ve had on my bookshelf forever and haven’t read yet, I think and I hope it’s something entertaining for you, I want to read the entire series in the month and then I’ll make a unique post talking about each of the books, maybe with mini-reviews and stuffs. ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿป What I’ve done is put a poll on Twitter so that everyone can vote and for this month we already have a winner, so super grateful for all the people who have voted, the winning series has almost the 60% of the votes, so I’m very excited to finally read it (I’ll tell you more about it down below)
Then I also have 3 ARCs for this month, I really didn’t expect them to be SO many but still, I’m excited to read them, I have 2 high-fantasies that I’m dying to share with you and a romance that sounds adorable. ๐Ÿ˜
After EVERYTHING, and I know that I’m being ambitious, but hey, it’s what I want to do this year so let’s act as if it were normal ๐Ÿ˜‚, I want to try to read a couple of popular romance books of 2019. I told you I wanted to start to read genres that I almost never read and since I already have a LOT of fantasy in my TBR for the month, I thought it would be a good idea to read a lighter romance, especially since it’s summer where I live and I would love to have some light options to take to the Beach.๐Ÿ˜Ž
This introduction is already much longer than I expected ๐Ÿ˜…, but I wanted to be able to explain my plans well to you, so now without further ado, let’s start with one of MANY TBRs to come! ๐ŸŽ

Ambitious December TBR || Trying to Finish & Continue Series + Some ARCs || 2019 ๐Ÿ’ซ

Ambitious December TBR || Trying to Finish & Continue Series + Some ARCs || 2019 ๐Ÿ’ซ

๐Ÿ’ซย Hi guys! I hope youโ€™re having a beautiful day!ย ๐Ÿ’ž Today I bring you my TBR for the month of October, where Iโ€™ll tell you everything Iโ€™ll be reading during the month. I think I’ve already said this like a million times but … OMG, I can’t believe it’s December, it’s crazy for me to think we’ll be going into a new year soon!! Even so, I’m super ready for it, I LOVE new yearsย ๐ŸŽ‰. So, here we are! In another TBR, I miss making TBRs so much when I don’t do them, I didn’t have one in November since I knew I couldn’t read much, but now guys, I feel quite ambitious. My only and great plan is to end the year with the most series completed or at least continue reading those in which I’ve only read the first book, so I can start the year more relaxed about it and ready to start new series!, you know? like it feels right to me to do this.ย ๐Ÿ˜Šย
I know that there are several read-a-thons happening this month, they all seem incredible to me, but I’ve decided that I’ll not participate in any until next year where one of my goals is to participate in more, but this month I’m sure that my goal is the right thing to do. In addition to those sequels/endings that I plan to read, I also have a couple of ARCs that I’m so blessed to be able to read, so I’m also very excited about them.ย ๐Ÿ’ƒ๐Ÿปย

I also plan to take this December to plan several things for next year and organize myself, that’s another of my main goals, to organize everything that is in my mind, my ideas for posts, new challenges that I want to do to myself, all those things.ย ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿปย I want to have things under control to be able to enter to 2020 super ready for everything. I’m really excited you guys!!. Also this month, we all know, it’s THE month for fun posts to do, we’ll have “my favorite readings”, “my least favorite” and that kind of things which are always so fun to do. I’m not just excited to make them myself, but also to see your posts, it will be a great month, I can feel it!ย ๐Ÿฅฐย *sending all my good vibes to you*

I know that November has been super crazy for me in terms of reading, but I’m really super ready to make of December a great closing of the year, I also want to commit to visiting many many posts and blogs this month, I know the great work you put into your blog, so I want to show you all my love in these holidays times. I LOVE you and I hope you have a wonderful month!! โค๏ธย
Now, without further ado, I’m dying to share with you all about my readings, SO much fantasy … so, Let’s Start!ย ๐Ÿ’ซย  Continue reading “Ambitious December TBR || Trying to Finish & Continue Series + Some ARCs || 2019 ๐Ÿ’ซ”

I’m Back from my Break & My Reading Plan for the Rest of the Month? โค๏ธ

๐ŸŒปย Hi my beautiful babes, I’m back! OMG, I missed you SO much,โค๏ธย I was already looking forward to returning to my routine of writing posts and check out yours, I thought I would be a little more aware of the bookish world in my break, but I ended up not checking anything at all, I was completely out of social networks and In fact, I haven’t even check any of your blogs in 2 weeks, so I’m sorry, it wasn’t the plan but I ended up doing a lot of things and going from here to there, so I haven’t had time. Even so, I hope to catch up with everything very soon, I know that I needed this rest for my soul, but now I’m dying to see what you’ve been reading and how you have been in these two weeks, I hope well, as you know, you have to let me know everything in the comments!! October TBR || Spooky & Witchy Reads + some ARCs || 2019 ๐ŸŒ˜

October TBR || Spooky & Witchy Reads + some ARCs || 2019 ๐ŸŒ˜

๐ŸŒ˜ย Hi guys! I hope youโ€™re having a beautiful day!ย ๐Ÿ’ž Today I bring you my TBR for the month of October, where Iโ€™ll tell you everything Iโ€™ll be reading during the month. Finally, the horror month has arrived and I’m super excited for it, I’ve been planning a lot and changing my TBR like crazy, so I hope to have put together a good stack and enjoy the majority of them. Despite having 2 ARCs that I really have to read in October, I’ll be focusing on those mysterious, spooky vibes or witchy books that I’ve had in my TBR for some time now, or that I just really want to read. This type of books where something magical happens or is located in a creepy place or is absolutely atmospheric, are my favorite readings for the whole year, but it feels even more special to read them during October since most of us will be reading the same things, so it will be fun to exchange opinions and know more about you own picks, I always LOVE to know!ย ๐Ÿ˜ย I also plan to watch some movies this month, I haven’t watched almost anything in September, and I really love watching movies so I’ll be looking for some horror to check out, so if you have any recommendations, let me know in the comments, that would be great!ย ๐Ÿงกย
I’m very very happy for the great success that my September has been in terms of reading, so this month I feel somewhat ambitious, I don’t want to exaggerate because we all know where that ends, but I do want to at least try to read those books that I’ve wanted to read since that came out and prioritize them.ย ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿปย I know this month is full of incredible read-a-thons, but I’ve decided to stay out of them this year because I’ve been participating in too many and I just want to read relaxedly what I’ve already chosen, no pressure, you know?. Don’t misunderstand me, though, I love read-a-thons and you know it, especially since they push you to read a little more and get out of your comfort zone, but this month I don’t feel like pressure, so I think it’s the best decision. Even so, I’ll be following all of you who participate, because I adore this kind of spooky read-a-thons and I’m already dying to know that you’ll be reading.ย ๐Ÿ˜Š

ย ๐Ÿ’ซย In other news, as I do every year, I’ll be taking a two-week vacation and we’ll go on a trip with my boyfriend, I’ll be leaving on October 28 and I’ll be away for most of November.ย ๐Ÿค—ย ย
As you know, this doesn’t mean that I’ll not be checking your posts from time to time, but it does mean that I’ll not be uploading content and maybe I don’t read much either. Personally, I feel that it’s something that I need to do for myself, my mind and my health, so it’s a mini-rest thing and then I’ll return as usual.
I’ll probably have my Wrap Up quite early in the month, but well, closer to the date I’ll let you know again.ย ๐Ÿ’ซย

Lastly, and before I begin, I want to thank you as I do every month for the support and love that you give me with each “comment” and “like”, it means the world for me to have you and only a few days ago I received the notification that my traffic has grown, and I have no words, it really is a blessing and I thank the universe for having created the blog because the connections I’ve made with you all will be forever. I LOVE YOU and I hope you have the most wonderful month โค๏ธย
Now without further ado let’s start, I have a lot to show youย ๐ŸŒ˜ Continue reading “October TBR || Spooky & Witchy Reads + some ARCs || 2019 ๐ŸŒ˜”
