Discussion Post: Book Reviews | Their impact within the community & How I write them 📝

⚡️ Hi guys, I hope you’re having an AMAZING day, full of good readings! 💞 Today we’ll do something different that I’ve promised myself to start doing this year and those are “Discussion Posts”, I love checking out this type of posts around the blogosphere, so I think it could be fun to start writing them myself and share with you so we can all talk about different topics related to the literary world, books & blogging. In the past I’ve felt kind of insecure about doing this because English isn’t my first language and something in my mind was afraid that my concepts wouldn’t be understood correctly, you know? But you know what? I stop being afraid this 2020 and I’m really encouraging and daring to new things, I also feel much more confident with my writing and I know that you’ll understand me, so it really shouldn’t be a problem. 🥰

So with all this said, this time we’re going to talk about Book Reviews! I thought that the best way to start was by talking about something I’m passionate about and obviously that’s talking about the books I read. Not only do I want to share what the reviews mean to me and how they should impact on people, but I’ll also leave you some tips on how I structure and write my reviews, I’m not an expert, but I think it will be fun to share our different techniques and maybe I can be helpful if you just started.  🤓

Now without further ado, let’s start & thank you SO much for the incredible support of each day!⚡️  Continue reading “Discussion Post: Book Reviews | Their impact within the community & How I write them 📝”

Book Blogger Appreciation | December 2019 💻💫

Book Blogger Appreciation | December 2019 💻💫

💫 Hi, my beautiful bookish people, I hope you’re having the most amazing day. 💞 This is a blog post series, where every month I’ll highlight a series of blog posts, from around the book blogger community, that I enjoyed reading or that I think are amazing and deserve more love and recognition. With this, I hope to be able to somehow support other book bloggers more, and I also hope you can find new book blogs to follow or content that interests you or help you.
Maybe the look of this post will be simpler to what you usually see on the blog, but I like this idea and it’s honestly with the simple purpose of supporting each other more and we can find new content in a simple and organized way.
I don’t have a certain amount to I’m highlighting per month, they’re just posts I’ve come across with and I think they’re INCREDIBLE, so I want to share them with you all. I used to make a small top 5 with my favorite posts of the month, but I realized that I had to delete many posts to be able to select only 5, and I don’t think it’s fair, there are SO many wonderful posts and everyone deserves the same love and recognition, so that’s why I decided to make this post apart. 😊
I hope you enjoy, like and support this idea. I LOVE YOU 🥰 and let’s start! 💫

December Wrap Up || Finishing Trilogies & Prioritizing 2020 Plans 🌾

December Wrap Up || Finishing Trilogies & Prioritizing 2020 Plans 🌾

🌾 Hi guys!! I hope you’re having the best day & you’re enjoying your reading 💞 Today I bring you my beloved Wrap Up of the month of December, where I’ll talk about all the books I’ve read during the month. This is officially the last Wrap Up of 2019, guys! Isn’t that crazy? This year really flew for me, but it has been in summary a great blessing in terms of my blogging life and a great learning and growth journey in my personal life. So I’m super happy to have gone through all these experiences to get where I am today, but also super ready to start a 2020 with renewed energy and many projects. 🥰

Before I start, I can’t say goodbye to this year without thanking you for being there for me, honestly and from the bottom of my heart, you don’t know how much your comments and “likes” mean, all your interactions with me on Twitter, I’ve met wonderful people of generous souls and also bloggers who inspire me every day, so I just grateful and I’m very excited to share another year with you, so I hope you decide to stay because nothing would make me happier and there’s much more I want to share with you. ❤️ 🌟

In terms of reading this month has been a bit crazy, of course and as expected, I ended up reading much less than I planned, but still, I feel satisfied with what I’ve read because I fulfilled my goal that was to end with two trilogies that I’ve really loved, I’m kind of nostalgic about it but it’s also a great experience, so I’ll talk more about it below. I’ve also dedicated myself to start reading my first ARC of 2020 and an author has been kind enough to send me his work also to review and it has been a great experience, so I feel happy about it. 😄 👏🏻
I think that in general, I’ve been much more focused on planning for next year in terms of my life and the blog and things related to my reading and writing, of which I tell you everything in the post of my goals if you want to check it out, and also I’m planning to do a new reading journal again for next year but try new things and I’m quite entertained with it, watching videos and things, I’m obsessed, I cannot lie. I feel like a little girl buying pens and things for my notebook  😂
So I’ve read a very large book, so I’m pleased with myself, and although I had time to read something else before the end of the month, I didn’t want to force myself, I’ve already achieved my Goodreads Challenge, I’ve read 63 books in total this year, which is great, so I don’t feel pressure and I thought it was best to take it easy and use the time to plan things for the next year instead.  😊

So super excited to share with you what I’ve read during the month and also as always, I’ll be sharing my favorite posts and some more detailed statistics. I LOVE YOU and THANK YOU again for always being there, I see you 🌾  Continue reading “December Wrap Up || Finishing Trilogies & Prioritizing 2020 Plans 🌾”

3 Years Bloggiversary || Top 5 Blogging Tips & Hosting a Twitter Giveaway 🎊

💫 Hi, guys! I hope you’re having the best day & you’re especially enjoying your readings❤️. This post is SO special to me, my beloved blog has torn out 3 years old this past November 14 and OMG, it’s still crazy to think that so much time has passed, time really flies when you’re doing something you love, right?. I never know very well how to start this type of posts because I’m always sitting here full of emotions that I cannot explain very well with words, you know? but basically and as you already know cause I make sure to tell you this every day, I’m eternally grateful to each one of you for supporting my blog every day and accompanying me on this beautiful journey full of learning and wonderful readings. 🥰
I honestly feel blessed for being part of the book community, it’s one of the most friendly and wonderful places to be part of. I know that sometimes things happen but it’s like in every family and then we’re already well and for the most part, the energy in the community, in general, is a lot of support and about mutual love. Something that I’ll always love of being part of, is the fact that I discovered hundreds of wonderful people who give love, support, and advice without expecting anything in return and that’s absolutely extraordinary. 💞

I don’t want to make this post something endless because you know that I get very excited at n this type of situation, so I wanted to do it because I would like to talk a little with you and give you a top 5 with my personal advice about book blogging. I’m not an expert, much less, I just have a lot of desire to share with you things that have worked for me and that keeps me motivated to continue on this beautiful journey even in the most difficult moments 😊, I think they could be of help to you right now, so without further ado let’s start! 💫
