The End of The Year Book Tag

Copia de Copia de Copia de SPRINGTIME (1)

Hi guys! I hope you’re having a fantastic weekend. Today I bring you a book tag that many of you have been doing, called The End of the Year Book Tag, has been wanting to do it for some time, but now is perfect, since I’ve been tagged to do it by Alex of coffeelovingbookoholic (Check out her blog is incredible!). So without further ado, let’s going to have fun!

Are there any books you started this year that you need to finish?

Ice Like FireΒ (Snow Like Ashes #2)Β byΒ Sara Raasch

I don’t have an excuse to haven’t finished this one, I actually love the first book, and I was so excited to go through this one, but then I was get into a kind of reading slump, I put it aside and I never picked it up again.
This is the only book I remember right now that I’ve started and not finished this year, which is good I think. Even so I would love to finish this trilogy at some point, hopefully this year. Plus: I would love to go back to that world is one of the most beautiful that I’ve read about

Do you have an autumnal book to transition into the end of the year?

This is a weird question for me, since I live in Argentina, here spring is about to start, so I’m always the opposite of everybody lol, so I should answer with some contemporary or romantic reading, something fast paced or with a great atmospheric kind of thing, I think it would be ideal. I’m in fact of those people who only read what they want at the moment, I don’t usually read according to the seasons to be honest
On the other hand, with Halloween approaching next month, I could also think of some creepy or mystery readings. So the reality is that I have nothing in mind right now, there are several new releases that I would love to read so I’ll show you some of them

Is there a new release you’re still waiting for?

Well I’ve already told you about some of the new releases, mayority of this month, which I’m very excited about, some have already been released another not yet. But in the following months there are other books for which I’m also excited so I’m going to show you those

What are three books you want to read before the end of the year?

I have nothing planned yet but I want to read them all! LOL.
It’s something that I’ll see depending on my mood or what I want to read at the moment.
There are some that I want to read as soon as possible, but even so maybe I change everything, anyway I’ll show you some of my ideas and maybe if you have read some of these titles you can tell me what you think about them

Is there a book you think could still shock you and become your favourite book of the year?

I’m sorry if I’m repetitive, but I feel that these can be the books that most impact me since I have excellent experiences with all these authors, they have written some of my favorite books of all time and I know that anything they write I’ll love it. I hope to be right and love them because if I’m not it will be a big disappointment

Have you already started making reading plans for 2018?

Well, not really lol. The only thing I’m sure of and what I’ve been thinking about is that I want to start more series or trilogies that I’ve been wanting to read like forever, I want to start some and finish them, and that’s basically everything I’ve been thinking about now.
On the other hand, I feel that it would be good just read what I feel and genuinely want to read, because sometimes pressure make me end up reading things that I’m not interested in and that makes me hard to get into them , so I want to feel more free to read any genre or books that don’t have as much hype, you know?, and just enjoy πŸ™‚

I hope you have enjoyed guys, it’s always fun to answer these questions and it helps to guide me about what I feel I’ll read for the rest of the year

Now tell me!, what books do you feel you want to read before the end of the year?

You have already a favorite this year, IΒ wouldΒ love to know?

  1. This is cool! I am actually reading The Unbecoming of Mara Dyer this month. I hope to finish it before the month is over. 😊 I didn’t know you had read it already. What did you think of it? I like it so far, it’s intriguing.

  2. Lol I’m also currently stuck with the Snow Like Ashes series. I tried to read the second book when it came out but I believe a ton of other books were released at the time and I got distracted aha.

My favourite book of the year so far would have to be The Temptation of Adam by Dave Connis. It’s not yet out but already I’m hyping it up for everyone to read!

  3. There are several books I’d like to read before the end of the year, and I’m sure I will talk about some of them when I do this tag, lol.

And oooh…hmm…favorite reads this year…well, I really loved Heartstone by Elle Katharine White, and I also can’t stop talking about All Rights Reserved by Gregory Scott Katsoulis. I feel like I read so many books in a year that really narrowing down to a favorite is difficult. That’s why I do a Top Ten Favorite Reads post for Jan-June, and another for July-Dec.

  4. Amazing tag. I’ve never heard of most of the books on the list – makes me feel like I haven’t read much – but I am also definitely excited to read Crooked Kingdom. Is it already out? I read Strange the Dreamer and it was a bittersweet, but very beautiful, very lovely book.
